What if my house is pre-wired?
Perfect, the hard part is knocked out. We can now supply you with the components and installation services to finish the job.
Will you need to cut into my walls?
In most cases, we can run wires to the preferred location without damaging the drywall. However, in some instances cutting holes would be necessary. In any case, we have techniques to get the wiring seamlessly to the desired location without any damage.
Do you do pre-wires?
Yes, we pre-wire. Send your blueprints to sales@craavtech.com and we’ll help you with the design and layout.
I am currently building a new house; can I send you my blueprints?
Yes, with the blueprints we can lay out proper locations for all your audio and video needs. We can then provide an estimate based on the plans. Send the blueprints to sales@craavtech.com
How long does it take to install a TV?
We can usually complete the installation within one to two hours.
How long does it take to install the surround sound?
We can usually complete the surround sound installation within four to eight hours, depending on the complexity of the installation.
I have my own equipment; can you provide installation services only?
Yes, we can help install and set up your existing equipment. However, we cannot provide any warranty on products that are not purchased through us.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a one year warranty on all labor. Equipment and products are not covered under warranty by CRAaV; they are warranted directly by the manufacturer. Most manufacturer warranties typically range from one to two years.
Do you repair equipment like TV’s, projectors, subwoofers or receivers?
Are you insured?
Yes, we have liability insurance.
